 What is boudoir photography?

Boudoir originated from the French word describing a woman’s private dressing room, now mostly used to describe intimate photography. New age boudoir has become so popular that is it common to see boudoir images represented in social media and magazines on a daily basis. Think back to the Greek sculptures of the nude or implied nude bodies. Victorian paintings express similar imagery, often displaying bodies in a relaxed pose where women lay in their private bedrooms.

Boudoir Photography has become common to share your sensual photos with your romantic partner. Sharing boudoir images with them can help keep the fire alive in a relationship for those who want to add spice to the relationship or a simple show of affection.

Going through the process of preparing your hair, make up, wearing lingerie, as well as posing for the art of seduction, one tends to be reminded of that sensual nature once again. Location & Studio

Our photography studio is located in Kaanapali Lahaina Maui HI, and this is where our Studio 10 and Studio 20, Studio 30 boudoir photography packages take place.

We also photograph at your hotel/home or various oceanfront beaches on Maui HI
